MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the WELCH-BAILEY FAMILY UNION is to educate the younger generations of the Welch and Bailey Family on their roots, culture, history and ancestry, to provide assistance to those family members abroad who is less fortunate, and to generate new interest in our family union.

VISION STATEMENT

The vision of the WELCH-BAILEY FAMILY UNION is to provide news and information to the families and about the families, create a family photo gallery, provide scholarships to those less fortunate, provide low cost travel opportunities to the families, plan and execute family reunions and other social events, share family contacts, and create our family tree from generations past and present and preserve it for our future generations.

GOALS

The goal is to raise $10,000.00 annually through fundraising and donations (and a 10% increase per year for the first five years) to achieve our mission and vision.
